Weekend catch up

Well I did not get a whole lot done this weekend.
The main thing is that I got my theme TheKnifeWP submitted to the new WordPress Theme Directory. I had to make a few changes to my style.css, but it is in, and I am just waiting for it to go through final review.

Also have upgraded Tao of DesertWolf to the new WordPress 2.6.

Aside from that, worked with my daughter on some of her summer school work, and went over to mom & dads and helped them with some things.

I am starting to work on a new original theme for my profesional site, DesertWolf Designs. I am actually going to try starting from a mockup in Photoshop. Kind of an exercise for my Photoshop skills. I am debating if I want to track my progress with this on the DWD blog or not. It might make for an interesting project.

The other night I was up late flipping through channels and decided to see what was on the National Geographic Channel. Surprisingly they were showing music videos, but unlike VH1 or MTV they were showing world music videos. the one I have included here caught my eye and my ear. Hope you enjoy it.

Also, I have found a version with vocals that I will include later.

House Cleaning and moving things around

Well I am moving some things around, as you can see, Tao of DesertWolf, is not on my name domain, where it use to forward to DesertWolf Designs. I am streamlining and doing some cleaning up.

I am going to be using WordPress as the base for all my sites now, so am in the process of reworking DWD, and also creating a proper theme for Tao of DesertWolf.. So it might look a little basic here for a week or so.
